Standard CPR & AED Class
All classes will be 6:00 - 8:00Pm
Thursday, February 16 @ Marlboro Library
This Standard CPR & AED course will teach anyone with little to
no medical training, how to recognize cardiac arrest , get access
to emergency care quickly, and perform CardioPulmonary
Resuscitation until more advanced care arrives to take over.
Additionally, this class will demonstrate how to recognize
anaphylaxis and effectively use an EpiPen on adult, child,
and infant patients.
The students will receive an Official HAMES CPR Card upon
complete of the course. *This course complies with the
latest International Liason Committee on Resuscitation
(ILCOR) & Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Guidelines
in compliance with the 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines.
This class is an initial certification class, not a renewal. This
class is not intended for
EMS or Lifeguards.

Presented by Rebecca Zook. Ms. Zook has over 13 years of experience as a thought
leader on the cutting edge of math education. She has a math mentoring/tutoring
practice, Purple Tutu Math Tutoring, since 2003, and her education writing has been
featured on Mashable and covered by Wired magazine and the New York Times.
SAT Math: Tips + Tricks
If just thinking of the SAT Math test induces shivers and brings beads
of sweat to your brow...join us for a session on general techniques to
help prepare for the Math portion of the SAT Test. Bring some paper,
a pencil, an open mind and specific questions.
Presenter Michael Carlin is a Mathematics Professor who regularly
tutors students in preparation for the SAT Tests,
a key component in the college admissions process.
